NovaStraz — Strategy Lab: product terms and licence Version: 2026-10-26. Applies to purchases when sales open; no pre-orders are currently accepted.

1. Provider and payment seller NovaStraz is a brand of OrbiSignal Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company 17512012, registered office 8 James Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 3NF, United Kingdom. Product and privacy enquiries: support@novastraz.com. For purchases processed through Stripe Managed Payments, the merchant of record identified at checkout supplies the payment transaction under its displayed terms. These terms govern our product licence and product support and do not override that seller's terms or mandatory consumer rights.

2. What you buy A one-off download of the named pack and version shown before payment, in English. No subscription, ongoing signal feed, personalised investment advice, brokerage, custody or live order execution is included. The Signals pack contains chart indicator source and instructions for configuring your own TradingView alerts. Pine strategy source simulates orders. Python tools replay your local historical CSV data; alert and paper modes do not send live notifications or place real orders. Python, Alert Workflow and Execution Sandbox share the same engine and output files: buying all three adds no Python engine capability. Intraday, Swing and Position are rule presets, not risk ratings, promised holding periods or separately proven profitable strategies.

3. Requirements and limitations Review the pack's contents and README before use. Pine installation and Python operation normally require a desktop computer and the stated third-party software. TradingView technical alerts require an eligible plan, subject to its fees and limits. Market data, software accounts, subscriptions and third-party services are not included. Compilation checks do not establish profitability or reliable alert delivery. No performance guarantee is made. Digital assets may lose their entire value; research results and simulated fills do not predict future trading. Do not use these files as a live execution service.

4. Price and delivery The basket shows the one-off USD base price, including applicable indirect tax. Managed Payments may offer a local-currency price; the final currency and total are shown before payment. Your bank may charge conversion fees. There are no delivery charges or automatic renewals. A confirmed successful payment unlocks downloads and triggers an email. Standard access lasts seven days with five downloads per purchased pack across devices. Save a private backup. If delivery fails or a reasonable replacement is needed, contact support with the order reference. We do not charge for correcting our delivery failure. A payment receipt alone is not a download credential.

5. Your licence OrbiSignal Ltd grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, subject to applicable law, to keep, run and modify the purchased files for their own personal or internal business research. One purchase covers one individual user. Keep copyright notices. You may share your own research results without redistributing our code, but must not imply endorsement or verified returns. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, distribute the files or offer them as a hosted signal/execution service. Third-party components retain their own licences. No intellectual property ownership transfers. The licence continues for the supplied version; no perpetual hosted access or continuing update programme is promised.

6. Immediate supply and cancellation Before payment we ask you expressly to request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that, where applicable, your statutory cooling-off right ends when that supply begins. This does not remove rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content. In addition, we offer a voluntary full refund requested within 14 days of purchase, even if you downloaded the pack. Contact support@novastraz.com or the payment support service identified on your receipt. Include your order reference and purchase email; no reason is required within this voluntary period. You may use: “I request cancellation/refund of order [reference], purchased on [date], name [name], purchase email [email].” Statutory remedies and any more favourable merchant-of-record refund rights continue after that period. We will not require you to waive mandatory rights.

7. Refunds, faults and complaints For missing, faulty or materially misdescribed content, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include correction, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment service; bank processing times vary. Stripe/Link may also handle refunds and disputes under its own policy. A refund ends the licence to the refunded content; stop using and delete those files. Download access may be suspended during a payment dispute; contact support if suspension is incorrect. Our current technical system suspends the whole order on a refund/dispute, so contact us to restore any unaffected paid entitlement. This technical limit does not cancel your rights to unrefunded products.

8. Support and updates Email support@novastraz.com for download, installation and reproducible product issues. We aim to reply within two UK working days; this is a target, not a guaranteed service level. We do not provide trading advice, bespoke strategy development, remote access to your device or third-party account support. Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment-card details or your private download code. Security and privacy reports can use security@novastraz.com and privacy@novastraz.com. Updates needed to meet applicable consumer law are not excluded; otherwise future features and subscriptions are not included in this one-off purchase.

9. Responsibility and legal rights You decide whether and how to use research outputs. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable digital-content rights, fraud, and death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes those liabilities or makes you waive statutory remedies. English law governs this licence subject to the mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Changes to future terms do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.

10. Availability Sales are offered only in locations enabled at checkout and supported for the product and payment service. Provide accurate residence and billing details and do not bypass location restrictions. A payment provider's country or tax-code support is not a statement of local investment regulation. We may decline an order before payment where eligibility cannot be established. These packs are offered to adults aged 18 or over.
